Hi, I'm Clive. I started out in Johannesburg, then moved to Cape Town and got into construction. The early work was building and renovating homes, including a fair number damaged by fire or water. The same gap kept showing up across the southern suburbs: poor workmanship, trades that didn't talk to each other, installations that simply weren't being done properly. That's where this business started.
What began as cabinetry and plumbing now covers the full package, premium kitchens, plumbing, gas, solar geysers, heat pumps and electrical coordination, across Cape Town, the Peninsula and the West Coast. The standard hasn't moved. Proper workmanship. Proper compliance. Proper accountability.
No business is built by one person. The plumbers, installers, carpenters and supervisors who run the day-to-day have been part of the firm for years. Every job they put a hand to is a job they put their name to.
I still run PIRB plumbing audits and compliance inspections, which keeps our own work aligned with the level expected for certification, insurance and sign-off. Most jobs, I'm on site. The ones I'm not, I inspect myself before completion. From Hout Bay to Hermanus, up the West Coast to Saldanha, the work is built on answering the phone, showing up when we say we will, and standing behind what we leave behind, as a team.

We finish what we start
Snags closed before invoice. CoCs delivered on completion, not chased.
Workmanship warranty
Twelve months on labour. If it leaves the site, it stays right. Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty as supplied. PIRB-issued plumbing CoCs are valid for the period set by the Board. Electrical CoCs are issued by our registered installation electrician on completion.
